Perception


Perception-


  • Remember that your perception of the world is a reflection of your state of consciousness. Every moment, your consciousness creates the world you inhabit.

What time is it?


  • Now.

Feel - the inner body even when engaged in everyday activities. Feel the stillness deep inside.

  •  Keep the  portal open.


The Moment - judgement stops through acceptance of what is, you are free. 

  • I am not limited by my thoughts.


Thinking makes it so?

Stop making time...



  • Realize that the present moment is all you have. Make it the primary focus of your life.

It is all in the now.
