Perception-
- Remember that your perception of the world is a reflection of your state of consciousness. Every moment, your consciousness creates the world you inhabit.
What time is it?
- Now.
Feel - the inner body even when engaged in everyday activities. Feel the stillness deep inside.
- Keep the portal open.
The Moment - judgement stops through acceptance of what is, you are free.
- I am not limited by my thoughts.

Stop making time...
- Realize that the present moment is all you have. Make it the primary focus of your life.
It is all in the now.
