Breathwork - Triangle



Guided Breathwork - 7-minute guided experience featuring Ambient Music and Nature Sounds.

Use this guided breathwork practice to experience the benefits of triangle breathwork.
1. Simply inhale through the nose for a count of four.
2. Hold the air in your lungs for a count of four.
3. Exhale through the mouth or nose for a count of four.

Repeat as necessary to enjoy a wonderful, relaxed sense of well being.
