A ritual is a set of actions performed for their symbolic value. A ritual may be performed on specific occasions. It may be performed by a single individual or group.

Rituals help you focus and increase energy. They remind you that there are no ordinary moments in your life. Each moment is a wonderful energetic connection of awareness and consciousness.

The use of ritual with Now Reiki increases focus, intention and power. Create your own rituals with candles, incense, and music. Choose a certain color of candle, subtle incense and combine them with music that resonates with you. Add some quartz crystals for their clear and healing energies. Keep a journal of your most satisfying rituals for self-empowerment. Here are some rituals that use the Now Reiki symbols.

Rituals using Now Reiki Symbols

Draw or visualize a symbol three times. You can trace the symbol on the open palms with your index finger.

You can draw the symbol in the air, on a client, a photograph or anything else you wish to focus on – or you can visualize the symbol flowing as energy.

The symbols can be used in hands-on healing to increase the power of your work while, also, allowing you to do distant or remote work.

You can use the symbols at the beginning of a session to make a firm connection with Now Reiki. Use the Power Symbol during a session to increase power and energy on places that need extra healing (for instance, painful places). You can visualize it on any location or condition you are treating.

Use symbols to clean a space or clear up negative energies. They will increase energy vibrations and light.

To cleanse a room, draw one Healing Symbol in each corner or on the walls of a room you are intending to cleanse. Draw it on your front door so that everyone who enters will be cleansed.
