No worries

You can stop the worry simply by acknowledging the present moment. Be aware of your breathing. Feel each breath and your energy field.

Animation

The word animation originated from the Latin word for soul, anima, and the word animatus, which means to move to action and give life to. Of course that assumes that something has no life to begin with. Since there is no separation of life or presence, all is one and it's alive and kicking.

Of now and forever

It is all one big glorious now much beyond the minds grasp and yet perhaps felt in the heart or spirit. Detached and still a conscious part of the whole of existence.

Between the words

Underneath the words, between them, in the energy of presence conveyed by them, we find the power of Stillness. This vibrantly alive state found only in the here and Now, is one with our Being and the field out of which all "arises".
